Note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g., undergarments, cosmetics, or personal care items) are non-refundable unless defective.

2. How to Request a Refund

2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable).
3. Wait for approval before returning the item. Unapproved returns may not be processed.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

• Requests made after the 3-day window.
• Items returned without contacting us first.
• Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer handling.
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
• Digital/downloadable products.

6. Exchanges
